Certain products and services (e.g., eSIM plans, lounge passes) may be available for purchase through Travelenie. All purchases are subject to the applicable third-party provider's terms and refund policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and technology comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to Travelenie and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travelenie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
